Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and any quote request you submit to Knik Heating, LLC ("we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a booked appointment or a binding agreement. Any pricing discussed before an on-site visit is preliminary. Final pricing depends on equipment condition, access, code requirements, permitting, and parts availability, and is confirmed in a written estimate or invoice.

Service and workmanship

Work is performed by licensed, insured technicians in accordance with Alaska code and manufacturer requirements. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms, including registration and maintenance requirements. Any workmanship guarantee we offer is stated on your invoice or estimate.

Scheduling, access, and cancellation

You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment and work area, including a cleared path in winter conditions. Emergency and after-hours calls are prioritized by safety. Please give notice as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
